Ryan Blair joined forces with ViSalus Sciences in March 2005, bringing a decade of entrepreneurial expertise and business leadership to the table. Blair has created a total of six enterprises over his career, starting with computer support firm 24/7 Tech, which he established in 1998 at the age of 19. Leading the way to pioneering the wireless broadband industry with his second start-up SkyPipeline, Blair oversaw the merger between SkyPipeline and NextWeb in 2004 in a $25 million transaction.

Nick Sarnicola is a proven leader with a track record of success in the field of entrepreneurship and sales. Serving as a passionate “coach” to the global team of ViSalus™ Distributors, he is characterized by an tenacious drive to help others achieve their personal best. Sarnicola grew up in Michigan's industrial landscape, watching generation after generation settle for the limited job opportunities of a slow local economy. Having a successful athletic background, Sarnicola entered the Network Marketing industry and soon found that the skills of teaching, coaching and training came naturally as he scaled to the top of his company's marketing plan in record form. With strong expertise in sales and network marketing, Sarnicola was instrumental in creating ViSalus'™ Fusion Academy. This comprehensive training and mentorship program has given ambitious ViSalus™ representatives across the country an extraordinary blueprint for success.

Blake Mallen is an inspirational guiding force behind the ViSalus™ mission and a key part of the engine that keeps ViSalus™ driving strongly toward the future. He brings to the company a level of innovation, ingenuity and expertise that is rare. Mallen has an impressive background, graduating Cum Laude in 3 years from a well-respected university with degrees in Psychology and Political Science with an emphasis in Public Law. Building on his background and over a decade of experience in building successful Network Marketing organizations, Mallen served as the initial architect of ViSalus'™ sales and marketing strategy. While originally the primary designer of ViSalus'™ tools and technologies, Mallen has now attracted a world-class team of professionals whose expertise help amplify his passion and commitment to excellence.
